Eli was born and raised in the beautiful Santa Cruz - Bolivia, and relocated to the US in 1985 to pursue a higher education. Her attraction to the world of arts, flower design, food and banquet functions has been of great influence to her unique creations and style.
Eli has been working professionally as a consultant and wedding designer for nearly 5 years.
Known and Aclaimed by her customers, she continues to astound and amaze her clients with her vision. With each design she introduces a new look, sets a new trend and creates a beautifully unique creation.
